A deposit equivalent to one months rent is required to secure RV space. Space rentals are from the first of each month to the last day of the month. We have a limited number of RV Spaces available. A reserved RV space requires an EARLY confirmed, reservation. The same time limits apply to RV spaces and Rental units.

As soon as your Reservation Request is received along with a Deposit (deposit equal to one months rent- You must remit 1st month’s rent upon arrival unless paying quarterly. If so, full amount must be remitted. Deposit will be applied to the last month of your reservation) we will mail a Confirmation Notice stipulating the space number for your Forwarding Address. Do not pick a space number as other requests may already be in place; therefore we will assign the next space or unit that fits closest to your request.
| Guests are allowed for two weeks FREE if they are registered at the office. Only four people are allowed per unit. For guests staying longer than two weeks the following Additional Charges will apply. | |||
