Rentals
All furnished Units Require a Three Month Occupancy Reservation. Water, Septic and Trash are included in the Price of Rental. Each Rental Unit is completely Furnished – Cooking, Bedding, Towels, TV, VCR, Clock, Lamps. Deposit Required; equivalent to one months rent. Deposit must be remitted to secure reservation. Deposit will be applied to the last month of three-month reservation. First month rent must be paid upon arrival. All rentals are from the first of the month (check in: 2:00 PM), to the first of the following month (check out at 10:00 AM). These hours are set in order for our cleaning staff to perform maintenance. We cannot be responsible if you arrive early or late. However if you arrive a few days into the month and there is no a reservation at the end of your rental period we will allow you to run out your three month period up to five days.
Sales
All For Sale units can be purchased with a 20% deposit of the list price with the park holding a 24 month note at 6% simple interest on the balance. Payments commence on the 1st of the following month after deposit. Space rent is $320.00/month plus tax, includes Tax, Water, Sewer and Trash.
All Mobile Homes and Park Models listed For Sale are also available For Rent at the prices shown. If we receive a request (3 month minimum) and a confirmation (deposit equivalent to one months rent) for a unit, that unit will be removed from the For Sale list for the 2008-2009 season. Check with management, other terms and conditions may apply .
